Meeting Procedure
All participants are automatically muted. The Chair and Convener will call on raised hands.
The chat is closed to the group, but participants can message the hosts.
Members will be identified by their full name on their participant tile along with any preferred pronouns.
Voting Procedure
Nominations will consist of the name of the person speaking and Congressional District, followed by the name of the person they are nominated.
Candidates will have 1 minute to speak to the body about their candidacy.
Votes will be conducted using the raised hand feature on the Zoom platform, which will assist the Convener in counting the votes. If needed, the body may use a Google Form for voting, which will be distributed in the chat by the hosts.

As part of our commitment to outreach and inclusion, we will take affirmative steps to increase the participation of members of all underrepresented communities. When you vote today, remember this commitment includes electing members of underrepresented communities both to positions within the DFL party and to public office.
Registration for the annual meeting closes at 5:30pm at the start of the Annual Meeting. Meetings are open. Only active members may vote.
Membership runs from annual meeting to annual meeting. If you have previously been a member but have not yet renewed this year, you will have an option inside the registration page (respond I don't know / no) and you will be sent to the membership sign up, or you can head to the membership page first and then register for the annual meeting. Active members are members who have renewed or joined ten days before a vote.
